"Piper" wins 1st Open bitch at the GRC of NSW Anniversary Show judge Della Marshall & 2nd Open bitch under Ms E Pope(UK).
Now back home and "Piper" attends 5 shows for 5 CC's, 3 BOB, 2 RUBOB, 1 RUBIG, 1 Class in Show and 3 Class in Groups!!!!
17-18th May
Nick & I head to Geraldton for a weekend of shows with Piper, Logan, Jade & Priya. Had a great weekend with Shelly, Makaela and Chase. All dogs had a fun weekend, especially Logan who managed to do some gardening at the Caravan Park!!!!
"Jade" won BIG day 1 & RUBIG day 2. Junior in Show both days!!!!
"Piper" won BOB both days, 1 RUBIG, Aust Bred in Show day 2 & Aust Bred in Group day 1!!!!
"Logan" won Dog cc & Junior in Group both days.
"Priya" won State Bred in Group day 1.

"Logan" wins RUBIS judge Mr R Beattie(Gen Specials) and group judge Mrs D Wells.

"Logan" wins 2 x RUBIG, 1 Junior in Show & 3 x Junior in Group.
"Jade" wins her 1st BIG at only 11 months!!!!! She also wins 1 Puppy in Show and 3 x Puppy in Group
Mum and I then travelled to Sydney with the 2 youngsters for the Anzac day weekend of Shows, with fantastic results!!!!
"Logan" wins BOB day 1, judge Ms Bruce(Canada) and day 3 judge Mr Tolson(Ireland). Huge thanks to his nanny Kim and Skye for showing him on day 3 while I was busy with young "Jade"....... she won BOB all 3 shows, RUBIG day 1 under Mr Nymann(Denmark)!!!!!! Also Junior in Group day 1 & 3. Also attended the Newfoundland Club Champ Show on the Saturday with" Jade" winning Reserve CC and Junior in Show.
Very proud of both the youngsters, they travelled so well and showed fantastic. Had a lovely weekend with great friends huge thanks to Janelle & Paul for all their kindness and to Fran for having us and our kids come stay.

Busy month of showing the 2 young stars.
"Jade" wins 6 x Puppy in Shows and her 1st RUBIG at 11 months of age!!!! She also becomes an AUSTRALIAN CHAMPION, very proud of all she has achieved so far...
"Logan" wins 1 x BIS, 1 x RUBIS, 3 x BIG, 1 x RUBIG and 6 x Junior in Shows!!!!
"Jade" and "Logan" are No 1 & 2 State Rising Stars in WA respectively(DOL pointscore)

"Jade" wins WA Puppy of The Year Final!!!!! This is the 1st time a Newfoundland has won this event in WA, and all at the tender age of 9 months!! She then finished the weekend of All Breeds Shows with 1xPuppy in Show, 3x Puppy in Group and Shortlisted twice for BIG.
"Logan" also had a very successful weekend winning 3xBOB, 1x Junior in Show and 3xJunior in Group!!!!
10th & 11th August 2013
Saturday we headed to the show with the newfs and goldens and had a fantastic day! "Jade" (pictured above) made her début in the show ring with BEST BABY in SHOW under Mrs M Merchant(SA), not to be out performed "Tariq" won BEST EXHIBIT in GROUP under Ms D Morris (NSW). We were thrilled with these great results, especially since this was only "Tariq" 3rd show for the year!! "Reggie" also won BOB (17pts)!!!
On Sunday we had another lovely day with "Logan" winning RUBOB from the minor class. "Tariq" was shortlisted for the Group and awarded Aust Bred in Group! "Priya" also made her first appearance and enjoyed her day out!!

"Carysse" safely delivered 6 beautiful babies, 2 boys & 4 girls. Mum & Babies are all doing very well. A huge thankyou to Fran for allowing us to use the very handsome "Winner". All puppies are spoken for.Will update with pictures soon.

"Piper" has returned to the ring this month after a summer break and has achieved the following fantastic results:
5 x CC, 4 BOB and 1 x BIG,2 x RUBIG and RUBIS All breeds!!!.

"Piper" does it again!!! We flew to Melbourne this time for the GRC of Victoria Specialty judged by Mr Eivand Mjaerum(Norway). She again won Bitch Challenge and RUBIS!!! This completes a fantastic few months of showing since returning from maternal duties. She attended 4 Golden Retriever Specialties for 2 x BIS, 1 x RUBIS, 3 x Bitch CC, 1 x RCC!!! She also attended a Gundog Specialty show for RUBIS and BOB and the Perth Royal for BOB and Class in Group an incredible 2 months of showing, we are all so very proud of her wonderful achievements.

Her 2 puppies Ralun Extraordinaire & Ralun Essence of Silk both win their respective puppy classes, with "Reggie" winning Puppy of Breed!! A huge thankyou to Tracy, David, Lyn & Bruce for all there help throughout the VERY long day!

"Piper" returns to the show ring with a BANG!!!! She won BIS at the NSW Golden Retriever Specialty show (1st day) under Jo Naylor(UK) & RCC and Best Open in Show at 2nd show under Chris Ashton(UK). There were over 200 entries each day!!! She then returned home to Perth & the following weekend won BIS at GRC of WA Specialty under Freda Garget(UK).
Her first show back was the Gundog Club of WA Champ Show in late August where she won RUBIS under gundog specialist Mrs A O'Keefe(NSW)!!! A wonderful return for this special girl who at not quite 3 years of age has 3 x Specialty BIS wins to her name!
"Reggie" her son attended his first show at 6 1/2 months and won Dog CC & RUBOB to his Mum under gundog specialist Mrs A O'Keefe(NSW)!!! He then won Best Minor in Show & Best Puppy under 12 months at GRC of WA under Freda Garget(UK)!!!! "Reggie" is owned & loved by Daniel & Tracy Perris.

We make the epic voyage to Melbourne with Carysse, Snowy & Ava for the Specialty Champ show judged by renowned breeder Astrid Indrebo(Birkorellas Kennels) & all three win their classes!! To add to this "Snowy" wins BIS and "Ava" wins RUBIS at not even 7 months of age!!! I also showed Ava's dad "Winner" to Challenge Dog! We had a great day and was lovely to catch up with so many friends. The Melbourne Club should be commended for all their hard work and a sincere thankyou to them for always making the interstate travellers feel so welcome!!!
"Snowy" also wins her 1st BEST EXHIBIT IN GROUP under Mr B Thompson(NSW)!!!! While "Ava" not to be outdone wins RUBOB and BEST MINOR IN GROUP, what a day!!

We welcome a new member to the family, "Ava" has joined us from Planhaven kennels in NSW. Huge thankyou to Fran for giving us the opportunity to co-own this very special young lady. Also "Snowy" has come to stay with us, we are very grateful to Fran for entrusting us with her and look forward to showing her this coming year.

"Tariq" wins Best of Breed and gains the final points for his Championship title!! We are very proud of our young lad, who has been lightly shown with excellent results. To date having 1 x Best in Group and 1 Runner Up Best in Group, along with Class in Show wins. We look forward to his future.

"Tariq" has had a wonderful start to 2011, from only 3 shows during January he won 2 Best of Breeds, 3 Dog Challenges and a Runner Up Best in Group!! We are very proud of our lad, and look forward to showing him more this year after VERY limited showing up until now whilst he was maturing at home.
