What does King Valley Kennel Club offer?

We pride ourselves that we can offer just about any training for you and your dog.  Our trainers have years of practical real life experience in training dogs for various activities.  We are constantly offering different training classes to accomodate the needs of those that choose our club to train with.

 

 

We offer guidance and instruction in uncommon areas such as carting/sledding.  The Husky on the right in this photo tries out the gig for the very first time under the capable guidance of the trainer and an experienced older Husky.

 

 

It's not just Husky's that want in on this fun!  One of our students German Shepherd Dog tries it out for size!

 

We teach regular classes in traditional obedience to help owners manage their pets better, as well as for those that might wish to compete in ANKC sanctioned obedience trials.  We are also preparing our students to compete in Rally Obedience which will be a sanctioned sport in the very near future! 

 

We haven't forgotten the amazing sport of Agility, and offer entry level instruction for anyone interested.  As the clubs equipment is built, we will be teaching this sport at higher and more competative levels.

 

For all our training, we stress that ALL breeds or mixed breeds are welcome and ALL levels of previous training are taken into account so that those that train with us, regardless of their needs, are challenged.  No dog is too old to begin to be trained and we pride ourselves that we have the knowledge and expertise to adapt our training methods and program to help suit any individual owner and/or dogs needs.
