| I am thrilled to introduce the latest addition to my Leonberger family - Adlihtam Grace Of Zorro (AI) - Gracie for short. This beautiful pup & her litter siblings are not only gorgeous, they are unique within Australia as they are the first living Leonberger progeny to be born in this Country from an artificial insemination using imported frozen semen. What a way to make to breed history !!!! Many thanks to Dr Stuart Mason and the team at Monash Vet Clinic for their expertise in making this happen. I am very grateful to Jacqui Stein of Leokings Leonbergers in Ireland for agreeing to send over frozen semen from her stunning boy 'Zorro' - He has already produced some beautiful, healthy & sound pups in Ireland this year and continues that tradition here in Australia. Last but certainly not least - the most important thanks of all to my wonderful & supportive partner Graham who has gone above & beyond to make this dream of mine come true and continues to do so. Without doubt the most generous & caring person I know. NEWSFLASH Gracie awarded MINOR PUPPY IN SHOW at the Utility Dog Club of Victoria Rare Breeds Show on Sunday 25th July 2010 - Huge congratulations to my darling girl and to Graham who handled her on the day. I'm absolutely thrilled !!!! |
