WELCOME TO VANDEMHAUS KENNELS

We are very small breeders based in the beautiful hunter valley.

We strive to breed for calm temperment, sound comformation and character as 99% of our babies do go to pet homes, Our dogs have been raised in a full family environment plus the full noise of living right next to a mine site in Qld where they were subjected to the noises of machinary plus the mine sites blasting and with stood the lot.

I have spent my whole life around German shepherds ( 37 years) as my mother breeds and exhibits still to this day under Janeme Kennels in Tasmania.

My dogs to me are not just show animals but full companions and my best friends and are a full part of my family and fully loved.

I believe in breeding for quality not quantity.
