TO PROSPECTIVE BUYERS
Pups bred in domesticity do not automatically come across the experiences they would have were they in the "wild" running through country beside their Dam. This UNDERSTANDING led us to approach our litters' development from a different perspective.......we seek to ENRICH their world thereby enriching their BASIC learning experiences...about their own bodies and the world they need to explore and adapt to.
We seek to make the most of the Breed's characteristic INTELLIGENCE, CURIOSITY & VERSATILITY. We aim to produce well-grounded CONFIDENT pups.
We believe that the formative experiences we provide DO BENEFIT the pups as compared to those we raised in the Traditional way. We take as evidence not only our own dogs but also the FEEDBACK we have received from our buyers who VOLUNTEER what amenable, confident and easy to train dogs we have sold them.
INFORMED ATTENTION to safety and each pups' developmental surges and lags makes sense to us....we STRUCTURE the simple things we do ensuring sessions are BRIEF and rewarding to the pup . Above all, no pup is pushed to attempt anything. As far as the pup is concerned they are simply playing and doing things that tweak their curiosity. It is a delight to watch a pup 'practise' something we have exposed them to...E.G. walk a low plank, clamber the rocks on the rattle tray...as part of SPONTANEOUS PLAY. The variations they come up with give us incredible insight to this wonderful breed.
